Are your rental apartments and townhouses clean and well maintained?
Yes, we make sure every apartment is painted, cleaned, and ready for occupancy. We will conduct a walk-through inspection with you before you move in to note any required repairs. After move in, our in-house maintenance staff is available for service calls including 24-hour, emergency calls.

We have apartments and townhouses throughout southern Maine—specifically in Portland, Saco, Biddeford, and Old Orchard Beach. Please see the links on the search page for map and directions.

Do you provide emergency service for your tenants?
Yes. We provide 24-hour emergency service 365 days a year. Visit the Learn More page under Rules and Regulations for details.
Do you offer low-income housing or accept Section 8 voucher certificates?
Our Yale Court apartments in Portland offer low-income, rent-restricted apartments to qualified renters. Most properties accept Section 8 vouchers. Please contact our property management staff for further information.
Are your apartments and townhouses handicapped accessible?
We offer a limited number of accessible apartments at some properties and offer reasonable accommodations in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Please contact our property management staff for additional information.
Who do I call if I have a problem?
For medical emergencies or fire, call 911.
All general tenant and maintenance-related questions should be directed to the business office at 207-797-4380. The message system will provide further information in the event you require after-hours emergency service.
Do you allow pets?
It depends on the pet. We do not allow dogs at all.
As for cats we allow them with a fee/deposit. For the cat fee it is $100.00 non refundable and then an additional $150.00 cat deposit which you may get back provided the cat has not created any damage.
